“Anticipation Builds: 5 Highlights for the Upcoming 2024 F1 Season”

As the winter break is ending to a close and teams are preparing to hit the track with their brand-new cars, the 2024 F1 season is surely going to bring a lot of excitement and enthusiasm to the fans. 

Here are 5 highlights for the upcoming 2024 F1 season :

1. A Record Breaking Calender :

with 24 Grands Prix and six Sprints on the schedule, the 2024 is set to offer a record-breaking race to the fans.

The campaign is due to kick off in Bahrain on March 2, following three days of pre-season testing at the same venue, before taking in trips to five continents and eventually arriving back in the Middle East for the finale in Abu Dhabi on December 8.

2. The Return Of The Chinese GP :

The most anticipated highlight for the 2024 season is the return of the Chinese GP, marking its first appearance in the calendar since 2019. The race will held at the 
Shanghai International Circuit, is a renowned track loved by fans and drivers alike. 

3. A Saturday Night Season Opener :

The 2024 F1 season is all set to kick off with a Saturday night race, breaking the F1’s Sunday night racing tradition.

The change coming into effect because of the Holy month of Ramadan. This will be the first time in history that an F1 season is going to kick off with a Saturday night race.

4. Las Vegas GP On Saturday Night :


In November, the Las Vegas GP will join Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as a Saturday night race. This addition promises to provide fans with a unique spectacle under the vibrant lights of the renowned Las Vegas Strip. As a city famous for entertainment, the race is set to be a thrilling affair both on and off the track.


5. Four weeks gap between the Americas Triple Header


By eliminating an early October race, Formula 1 introduces a strategic four-week gap before the triple-header in the Americas. This scheduling adjustment allows teams ample time to prepare and navigate logistical requirements for the back-to-back races in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
