1 years ago By Sports Desk

Hello F1 fans, We have some news for you all.

Although the next F1 season and the 2024 F1 Championship are still pretty far away,  preparations are going on by the teams in a tireless way to improve and sharpen their team antics.

They are carrying on with new driver contracts, new car designs, new engine contracts, etc.

And today we are going to talk about one such team, the British Williams Racing team. And also how they increased their driver’s contract with the rookie American named Logan Sergeant.

In 2024, Logan Sargeant will make a comeback at Williams Racing.

According to the United Kingdom-based team, Sargeant became the first American driver to gain a point on the circuit in thirty years as a rookie in Formula One in 2023.

“I am happy to carry on our adventure with Logan into the 2024 season,” stated James Vowles, the team principal. “Logan is a fantastic fit for our squad because he has proven his enormous skill on the global stage. We are quite confident in his skills and think that, working together, we can succeed even more in the next season.

They totaled 28 points between them, with 27 coming from Albon; however, they fell well short of the Red Bull team led by Max Verstappen’s 860 points.

The native of Florida, Sargeant, stated, “It has been an amazing journey with the team so far, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue developing as a driver within such a talented and dedicated group.” “We have great plans for the future, and I’m looking forward to helping the team succeed in the upcoming year.”

James Vowles, the manager of the Williams team, had stated following the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix that he wished to review the season statistics one more time to make sure Sargeant was the best choice for the team.
