Heartbreaking Revelations Surround Shocking Depart.
On Wednesday the news broke that Guenther Steiner – the unlikely star of Netflix’s F1 docuseries Drive to Survive – had parted ways with the Haas team he helped build from scratch and entered into Formula 1 in 2016, with Ayao Komatsu promoted to the role. The Italian racing principle, had been a crucial part of HAAS, the American team, from its very first baby steps in the F1 world, and has guided it through many difficulties. He has been the father like figure to the whole F1 paddock.
