Lewis Hamilton And George Russell Will Officially Remain With Mercedes In Formula 1 Until 2025

In a momentous turn of events for Formula 1, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team has confirmed that Lewis Hamilton and George Russell have both signed contract extensions, solidifying their commitment to the team until the end of the 2025 season. This announcement has effectively quashed months of speculation surrounding Hamilton’s future in the sport and reaffirmed Russell’s role as a rising star in Formula 1.

Hamilton’s Continued Legacy

Lewis Hamilton, a seven-time Formula 1 world champion, has been a cornerstone of the Mercedes team since he joined in 2013. As one of the most accomplished drivers in the history of the sport, Hamilton’s accolades include seven world titles, 104 pole positions, and 103 race victories. While the extension of his contract cements his place with the Silver Arrows for the foreseeable future.
