Fought Like A Lion’: Red Bull KTM Rider Brad Binder Receives Huge Applauds

2 years ago By Sports Desk

Brad Binder (28) of South Africa had a fantastic weekend of racing in Austria.

Lining up second for his Red Bull KTM team’s home race, the Potchefstroom boytjie rocketed off the line wonderfully, slotting in behind pole-sitter and eventual victor Francesco Bagnaia.

Binder maintained within touching distance of the 2023 championship leader for the first half of the 28-lap race, but deteriorating grip on his RC16’s rear tire saw him settle for second place.

Closing the gap

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing is now fourth in the teams’ standings, with KTM being the second-best manufacturer after Ducati (Bagnaia’s employers). After entering the top tier of two-wheel racing in 2017, it is a significant achievement for a racing-related company to be in such a strong position after only a few years.

Binder won the first MotoGP race for Red Bull KTM in 2020 and another in 2021. With 2022 winless and 2023 (finally) producing many Sprint victories, Binder and KTM are positioned for at least one Sunday victory in one of the ten remaining races this year.

Outstanding performances in the 2023 season:

Brad Binder has raced excellently for KTM this year, already a multiple podium finisher this season and carrying good form from the 2022 season. He is currently fourth in the drivers rating and has given KTM a strong position in the constructors championships as well. Binder is starting the season with high hopes and faith from MOTOGP and KTM fans, with only a few events remaining.

Fearless Racing Style and Unyielding Spirit:

Brad Binder’s daring racing style and relentless spirit on the track set him apart. He enters each race with determination and a desire to win. Binder’s aggressive overtaking techniques and precision riding have become his hallmarks, frequently leaving his opponents speechless.

Furthermore, Binder’s capacity to remain calm in stressful situations is impressive. When faced with tough weather or setbacks during races, he has demonstrated amazing resilience. Binder’s drive never wavers, whether battling injuries or surviving treacherous weather conditions, garnering him respect and affection from fans and fellow racers alike.

Global Acclaim and Massive Applause

His triumphs and podium finishes have become occasions for celebration, with spectators and racing fans praising his exceptional talent. Binder’s never-say-die attitude and ability to overcome obstacles make him a fan favorite and great motivation for aspiring racers.

Brad Binder’s meteoric climb in motorsports is a tribute to his remarkable talent, fearless racing style, and unwavering passion. His astounding accomplishments and the acclaim he receives are well-deserved, as he continues to enthrall fans with his spectacular performances on the track.
