Ferrari Star Parts Ways with Coach in Shock Move to F1 Rival

In a surprising turn of events, the Whole F1 community saw Carlos Sainz Jr. the Spanish star driver of Ferrari givr farewell and say goodbye by Expressing gratitude to his long time performance  coach Rupert Manwaring. 

Now, Manwaring, a very famous and notable performance coach, was by Sainz’s side for more than eight years, but now he is so join, Ferrari’s archrival , Red Bull’s Max Verstappen. 
Sainz posted a video on social media that featured some of their most memorable moments together, along with an emotional message. He thanked Manwaring for all of his hard work and encouragement over the years, emphasising not just the physical aspect of training but also the pursuit of shared objectives and enjoyable moments.

The role that the performance coaches plays on a drivers life, goes beyond F1. It helps with them with both their professional and personal lives. Beyond just physical training, Sainz and Manwaring have a partnership that is now coming to an end. The Spanish rider needed mental preparation and support, which the coach provided in spades. Many in the Formula One fraternity were taken aback when Manwaring announced his resignation, as the two became close friends and shared significant life events outside of the racecourse.


Manwaring’s choice to join forces with Max Verstappen for the 2024 season gives the narrative a fascinating new turn. The head of Red Bull Racing and current world champion Verstappen becomes a valuable addition to his support group. The shift points to a changing dynamic at work in Formula One, where coaches are becoming more and more important in the competition for success and performance.

Now, the whole F1 community is eagerly looking to find out what happens after this decision of Manwaring to join Red Bull and Max Verstappen. It is to see what noteworthy changes happen to both the drivers live, one when Manwaring is leaving and the one who he is joining.
