F1 fans can look forward to an exciting debut at the Bahrain Grand Prix in the 2024 season. Sky Sports F1 has created a special schedule for its live coverage of an event that promises to rock the track at the Bahrain International Circuit. With a unique twist to the schedule, Saturday’s race will be a highlight and give fans an extraordinary experience.

The record 24-race 2024 season kicks off in Bahrain, with Sky Sports F1 providing intensive coverage from Wednesday. Craig Slater joins Ted Kravitz to discuss the top 10 standings after the Bahrain F1 test in an exciting preview of the opening race.

On-track action begins with Thursday’s free practice, followed by Friday’s qualifying and Saturday’s Bahrain Grand Prix. This schedule change is a unique arrangement as the Islamic holy month of Ramadan begins.

The Bahrain International Circuit has played an important role in the F1 calendar in recent years, hosting the season-opening event. The team has already set up its pits and garage during testing and is gearing up for an exciting start to the season.

Journalist Craig Slater and pundit Ted Kravitz lead Sky Sports’ F1 coverage, providing statistics, interviews and expert analysis. The live broadcast will include not only F1 but also the first races of the F2 and F3 seasons, giving viewers a complete motorsport experience.

As Ramadan begins on Sunday, March 10, the schedule had to be changed to run on Saturday. This change will affect not only the Bahrain Grand Prix but also the second round in Saudi Arabia.

Session timings have adapted to the changes. Free practice on Thursday, qualifying on Friday and the race on Saturday will make for a tense and exciting schedule for fans.

Due to F1’s worldwide popularity, races are broadcast on a number of channels including Sky Sports, ESPN, Fox Sports, DAZN, Canal+ and beIN Sports. In addition to television coverage, fans can follow all sessions live on the official F1TV website and app.

This means F1 fans can look forward to a very exciting season opener with a revamped schedule, intense racing and full coverage of F1 on Sky Sports. The Bahrain GP promises to kick off the 2024 season with a spectacle worthy of F1’s most passionate fans.
