The 2023 MotoGP season has gone past us in a flash, and it only felt like it was just yesterday!!
The season, which was full of action, excitement, thrills, and controversy, etched its name in history as one of the greatest ever MotoGP seasons. The season was so competitive that the championship fight went on until the last race. The championship fight between Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati and Jorge Martin of Pramac was so close and intense that it became the main talking point of the season.
Although these two were fighting for championships, there were many other riders who gave excellent performances on the grid and won races.

And those riders are:
1. Francesco Bagnaia

After making a mistake early on, Martin was unable to recover and crashed out of the main race. Bagnaia won the race and earned his second consecutive MotoGP world title.
3. Marco Bezzecchi
The young Italian driver for the Mooney VR46 Racing Team is surely one of the best talents on the grid. In the earlier part of the season, he was the main contender for the championship along with Bagnaia but lagged behind in later stages. With his wins at the Argentine, French, and debutant Indian GP, he gave his team and fans some wonderful moments to cherish.
4. Aleix Espargaro:
Another Spanish sensation, Aleix Espargaro of Aprilia Racing, is a serious talent to be nurtured. Amidst the big names of Bagnaia, Martin, and Bezzecchi,he is the second other rider to pick up multiple wins this season. His two victories came in the British GP and in the Catalan GP in his homeland, Spain.
5. Alex Rins:
A young, rising Spaniard with the LCR Honda team is a very competitive rider. Picking off a single win at the very start of the season in the United States Grand Prix, he showed he is a star to look upon in the future.
6. Fabio Di Giannantonio
A rider at his very youth with Gresini, but no lesser in skills and talent, this Italian lad is one to be looked up to in the future. With a very exciting victory at the Qatar Grand Prix at the end of the season, he gave everyone the hint that he was going to come stronger next year.
7. Johann Zarco
The French veteran of MotoGP is one of the keystone riders of MotoGP. With a great pedigree, Zarco has always performed to justify the talent he has. He is one of the most loved figures in MotoGP for his sense of humor and calm nature. He earned a victory at the prestigious Australian Grand Prix.
8. Enea Bastianini
Italian, talented, and fearless—that’s what defines this rider with the Ducati Lenovo Team. He has complemented his teammate, Bagnaia, well this season and has also performed well for his team. At the end of the season, he justified his talents by grabbing victory at the prestigious Malaysian GP.
So, these are the eight winners who shared the victories of the 20 races of the 2023 season.
It was unlike the F1 season, where only one driver and team (Max Verstappen and Red Bull) dominated the whole season.
Eight different winners from different teams indicate how tough and competitive the MotoGP is.
