Fernando Alonso of Aston Martin clinched second place, while Sergio Perez, Verstappen’s teammate, lost a podium finish due to a pit-lane speeding penalty.

Pierre Gasly secured his first podium of the year, benefiting from Perez’s penalty-induced setback.
