Mercedes Advised to Consider Sainz and Bearman for 2025

With George Russell moving to Ferrari for the next Formula 1 season, the Mercedes team faces an important decision to fill the vacancy next to Russell in 2025. George Russell’s choice of teammate not only affects the team’s performance in races, but also affects the internal dynamics and chemistry between the drivers.

In addition to the choices of Sainz and Bearman, there are rumors about Sebastian Vettel’s possible return to Formula 1 with Mercedes. Four-time world champion Vettel confirmed he had discussions with team boss Toto Wolff, although not specifically about a team seat. The opportunity to have a driver with Vettel’s experience and prestige will certainly add a new dimension to the Mercedes team.
