The arena of F1 is very competitive and it has been made even harder by adding the sprints in it. Sprint races are the newest and most engaging form of racing in motorsports. The sprint are actually fights for points, very crucial points.

After the 2023 season, those have became very popular in F1

Here is a full schedule of the 2024 sprint races :

5th race on calender- China.                     Shanghai April 20th

6th race -Miami-Florida-USA. May 4th

This calendar improves race flow in some regions by rescheduling Japan to April, Azerbaijan to September, and Qatar to compete immediately after Abu Dhabi. Work on this project will continue, but it will be realistic given that, as a world championship, there will always be travel that cannot be fully regionalized due to climatic and contractual constraints.

Saturdays are designated as the Grand Prix weekends for the first two races of the season in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. In order to accommodate Ramadan, this choice was made.

The 2024 Formula One Schedule

There is speculation about a newly updated sprint format for 2024 after a very one-sided 2023 sprint race. But nothing has been officially announced from F1 yet. At the F1 Commission meeting at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, it was decided to further discuss tweaks to the format
