Indian Cricket Team Batter Shreyas Iyer Gifts Team India’s Jersey To F1 Champion Max Verstappen

Hello, the F1 Fans of India, what if We tell you that in this recent Abu Dhabi GP, which Max Verstappen won dominantly to secure his record 19th victory of the season, the world of cricket and the world of F1 got intermingled!

You’re thinking of this as a joke, right?
Well then just don’t, cause it is as real as it gets.

On this Sunday the 26th’s Abu Dhabi race,
Indian Cricket team’s star batter Shreyas Iyer, who was present the Yas Marina Circuit to witness Verstappen’s record 19th win of the season, later met with Verstappen and gifted him his Indian Jersey.

Shreyas Iyer later posted a picture of himself gifting the jersey to Max Verstappen on Instagram. The picture shows both of them together with Max holding Iyer’s gifted jersey. Shreyas Iyer had also donned the Red Bull Racing team’s cap to show his support to Max and Red Bull.

Later Red Bull also posted this picture on their Instagram account.

Stars Everywhere-

It was like a fair of superstars on Sunday the 26th in the famous Yas Marina Circuit.
Stars from Hollywood, Bollywood and all other spectrums were present there to witness Max Verstappen’s record 19th win with what he and Red Bull finishes a wonderful season.

Iyer was also photographed at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Later, before the year’s last race, the middle-order batsman met Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen, the current champion, and gave him an Indian team jersey while taking a photo with him.

The Dutch driver was overjoyed to receive this priceless present from a different sports celebrity. Shreyas Iyer appears to be a fan of Verstappen, as the epitome of motorsport continues to attract new fans all around the globe.

As like Verstappen’s dominant 2023 season, Iyer’s 2023 cricketing season was also full of success. Iyer was an integral part of the dominant Indian team at the cricket World Cup earlier this year, where he had scored nicely with a bat, the best of his performance was scoring a ton against The Netherlands at the M. Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore. And the Indian team, just like Verstappen dominated the group stage as well as the semifinal and picked 10 out of 10 victories. Although they got defeated by Australia in the finals, they got lauded as heroes for their wonderful performances.

So, it is such a good news for the F1 and Cricket fans, this intermingling of two worldclass athletes, both great in thir own domains.
