With the exception of Fernando Alonso, he is the only other Spaniard to have won two Grand Prix throughout his Formula One career. He finished on the podium 18 times and won two races in his F1 career, making him one of the most successful Spaniards currently competing in the sport.
3. Alfonso de Portago:
Alfonso de Portago is among the four Spaniards who have achieved a podium finish in Formula One. While his racing career was cut short due to a tire burst while traveling at 150 mph on a perfectly straight road during the Mille Miglia, which killed him, his navigator, and nine onlookers, he still deserves more respect. The incident happened close to the village of Guidizzolo.
4. Paco Godia:
Despite this, Pack Godia’s Formula One career was devoid of podium finishes. His driving prowess was greatly admired, and he left a lasting impression on Spanish motorsport.
